What types of environments do you support?
We work with bare-metal, public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, OVHcloud), private cloud (OpenStack, Proxmox) and hybrid environments. Our expertise covers primarily Linux systems, Kubernetes and the associated stacks.
Do you offer availability commitments (SLA)?
Yes. SLAs are defined contractually according to your needs. For managed services (IT management, monitoring), we offer service levels up to 99.9% availability with on-call schedules tailored to your requirements.
What does the onboarding process look like?
We start with an audit of the existing setup to map your infrastructure. We then establish a shared action plan with clear milestones. The transition to our management is carried out progressively to guarantee full continuity.
How do I access the client portal?
The client portal is accessible at cp.heavy-mind.com. Your credentials are provided when the contract is set up. It allows you to track tickets, monitoring reports and your infrastructure documentation.
Does Sentinel replace Cloudflare?
No, the two approaches are complementary. Cloudflare acts as the first line of defence on network traffic (DDoS, WAF, CDN). Sentinel provides in-depth security server-side — behavioural detection, threat intelligence, automated response — across your entire stack, including SSH, APIs and internal services. Together, they form a layered defence.
